This site provides seismic zone information for Malaysia based on the Malaysian Standard NA to MS EN 1998‑1:2017 (Malaysia National Annex to Eurocode 8: Design of structures for earthquake resistance - Part 1: General rules, seismic actions and rules for buildings).

Notes:

• The assumed gravitational acceleration, g is 10m/s².
• Seismic zones are manually traced area may be inaccurate, engineering judgment is required. If anyone has the GIS information for seismic zones in Malaysia, kindly contact me to update the map.
• Some seismic zones are extrapolated as the original figure does not cover those areas. Extrapolated lines are based on the author's best judgement and may be inaccurate.
• Some areas are totally out of the original figure's contour, these areas are marked with a purple box. The pga values for those areas are purely speculation only.
